The 2025 Neros Pharmaceuticals Anambra Football Association (FA) Cup competition is set to kick off on Friday, 7th February, at the St. Nwadinso Football Academy in Oba.
The opening match will feature a clash between Oba-based St. Nwadinso Football Academy and Game Changers FC.
According to the Anambra State Football Association (ANSFA), three venues will host the competition: the Awka City Stadium, Neros Stadium Nanka, and Rojenny Stadium Oba.
A total of eleven football clubs, including defending champions Solution FC and last year’s runners-up Edel FC, will compete in the tournament.
The draws, held at the ANSFA Secretariat on Wednesday, revealed that defending champions Solution FC will begin their title defense from the quarter-final stage, facing the winner of the match between St. Nwadinso FA and Game Changers FC.
The competition is scheduled to conclude on Sunday, 23rd February, 2025, with the finals taking place at the Neros Stadium Nanka, Anambra State.
