The Allied Building Materials Traders have endorsed Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second term, citing his administration’s people-oriented projects in the state.

The traders, who recently relocated to their permanent site in Oyi, Anambra State, made the endorsement during a press conference.

President General of the Market, Mr. Ejike Ignatius, noted that the relocation was a unanimous agreement among members, with the state government implementing the agreement started by the administration of Mr. Peter Obi in 2011.

However, some greedy individuals among the Iron Rod Dealers Union have refused to comply with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), sparking controversy over shop allocation.

The traders also commended Governor Soludo for his support in their relocation to the new site, which provides a more comfortable and conducive environment for trading activities.
