Stakeholders of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Njikoka Local Government Area have unanimously endorsed Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a second term ahead of the Anambra State governorship election slated for November 2025.

The endorsement took place during a strategic meeting hosted by former House of Representatives member, Rt. Hon. Dozie Nwankwo, at his residence in Enuagu Village, Enugwu-Ukwu.

The motion for Soludo’s re-election was moved by Hon. Chidi Ibemeka, who represents Njikoka One Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, and seconded by Hon. Jude Akpua, Deputy Majority Leader and representative of Njikoka Two Constituency. The motion received overwhelming support through a unanimous voice vote by the stakeholders present.

In his address, Rt. Hon. Nwankwo stressed the importance of unity within APGA, noting that the gathering was aimed at building consensus in support of Governor Soludo’s re-election bid. He reaffirmed that Njikoka remains an APGA stronghold and expressed confidence that the area would deliver even more votes in the upcoming polls.

Also speaking at the event, the Chairman of Njikoka LGA, Barr. Chinedu Ononiba, praised the turnout of key political figures at the meeting, describing it as a strong indication of APGA’s chances of success in the area. He reiterated the collective commitment of party members toward securing another term for Governor Soludo.

Chief Nduka Okoye, Deputy Vice Chairman of APGA in Anambra Central, commended the governor’s performance in office, stating that Soludo has earned the people’s support through impactful governance.

Pharm. Chinedu Anaekwe, APGA Chairman in Njikoka, echoed calls for unity among party members and urged those with grievances to put aside their differences and work toward the party’s common goal.

The meeting concluded with a strong reaffirmation of support for Governor Soludo and a shared resolve among Njikoka APGA stakeholders to deliver victory in the 2025 election.
